Senior resident becomes executive chef
KENEBUNK — It was a special and welcoming change at the dining hall of assisted living facility Atria Kennebunk when resident Aldo Mencaccinmi temporarily became executive chef. Culinary director John Caron overheard a conversation between Mencaccini and his tablemates that he wished he could cook his specialty again: linguini with clam sauce.
