BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between March 2 and March 7.

• Transient Edward G. Estes, 25, was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation following a reported possible overdose on Summer Street on March 2. He was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred.

• Ryan P. Greenlaw, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant charging him with unpaid fines and fees.

• Christopher D. Berry, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to pay fines on March 2. He was unable to make bail and transported to the county jail.

• Martin S. Murphy, 60, of Old Orchard Beach was summonsed for driving to endanger on March 2.

• Paul J. Laflamme, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant charging him with engaging in prostitution, reckless conduct, driving to endanger and operating with a suspended license on March 2. He was further charged with aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug.

• Two underage subjects were issued summonses and complaints for being in possession of alcohol on Friday.

• Dennis A. Hussey, 61, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child on Friday.

• Brittney M. York, 26, of Saco, and Hannah J. Warren, 23, of Biddeford, were summonsed for shoplifting at Kohl’s in Biddeford on Friday.

• Charles W. Coleman, 23, of Westbrook was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after officers located him in Saco on Saturday after a Biddeford woman told police he had assaulted her. He was transported to York County Jail.

• Anthony J. Englesbobb, 30, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, criminal simulation and failing to notify law enforcement following a vehicle stop on Precourt Street on Sunday. During that stop, Dana A.Haskell, 26, of Fairfield, was summonsed for sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Michelle J. Benavidez, 35, of Randolph, was cited for operating with a suspended license. Englesbobb was transported to the county jail in Alfred.

• Tonya C. York, 46, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with forgery, theft by receiving stolen property and violating conditions of release after she reportedly stole a wallet and diaper bag from a woman on Main Street and made purchases using the stolen items on Sunday. Bail was not allowed and she was transported to York County Jail.

• Bobbie S. Noel, 34, of Saco, was arrested for disorderly conduct pertaining to three separate incidents involving loud and irrational behavior on Monday.

• Jessica G. Jackson-Robinson, 31, and Erick A. Robinson, 32, both of Biddeford, were arrested on outstanding warrants at the Best Value Inn in Biddeford on Monday. Jackson-Robinson was charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and violating conditions of release. Robinson was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use. Both were transported to the county jail.

• Norman P. Ducharme, 48, of Sanford, was charged with operating with a suspended license following a two-car accident on Alfred Street on Tuesday.

• Hope M. Stilphen, 33, of Buxton, was issued a citation for a seat belt violation and for operating without a license on Tuesday.
