AUGUSTA — The Maine Senate has forwarded LD 377,  a bill to provide nearly $1 million  to York County to combat drug addiction and recidivism, to the Special Appropriations Table — another step in the process, and according to Sen. Justin Chenette, the bill’s sponsor, the final step necessary before the bill can be enacted.
